Treasure Chest aims to promote, support and encourage breastfeeding/chestfeeding in the York area.
How can we help?
Treasure Chest runs weekly groups, both face-to-face and on Zoom, as well as managing a thriving Facebook support community. Plus, we run an antenatal workshop for pregnant people thinking about breastfeeding. When possible we also have volunteers on the wards at York hospital.
Want to support us?
If you’re passionate about breastfeeding and are interested in helping us support more families, there are a few ways you can get involved. Whether that’s training to be a volunteer, helping us raise awareness, or making a financial donation; all support is gratefully received.
We receive no statutory financial help from either the NHS or the council.
